PRO training targets come in four standard sizes, which means you can train and practice with the same size targets as you play:

6.5 x 18.5 feet (juvenile rules): 11 years and under

7.2 x 18 feet (regulatory beach): all ages

8 x 24 feet (adult rules): Children 12 and up
